CURRENT OPEN POSITION Ziegler Tire Co, one of the countries largest independent tire dealers is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for our production facility in Massillon, Ohio. Some of the responsibilities will include: coordinate/meet production goals, manage employees and assist in training/evaluations, maintain a proper payroll to production ratio, order supplies. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills. This is a salaried position and previous shift supervision is required. Ziegler Tire offers competitive pay, healthcare plan, and 401K.
